As Governor, Mike Beebe worked to provide the tools, training and the support necessary to keep Arkansas law-enforcement officials protected and prepared.
Mike Beebe has a long history of supporting Arkansas law enforcement. As Governor, Mike Beebe continued to support the Drug Court and the Department of Community Corrections budget to more effectively and efficiently punish non-violent offenders. Because of Gov. Beebe’s leadership, Arkansas law enforcement can now track pharmacy purchases of pseudoephedrine, one of the main ingredients in methamphetamine, through a database created in 2007.
He has done all of these things while helping create jobs, cutting taxes and balancing the budget amidst the worst economic downturn of our lifetimes.
Governor Mike Beebe believes in Arkansas. He believes in the value of trained and competent local and state law enforcement. As law enforcement professionals and as Arkansans, we believe in Mike Beebe. We believe Mike Beebe is the best choice for governor to keep our communities safe.
